Return Policy

Try as we might, sometimes items don't arrive as anticipated. We understand things don't always go as planned. That's why we have a 30 day return policy in place to take care of valued customers should any concerns come up. We're dedicated to making returns fast and seamless.

Unopened Products  

Products that are still sealed in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the item page. The packaging must be in the same condition as when it was first received.

Opened Products

Items that have been opened or removed from their packaging are not eligible for return. This includes:

  • Products where the packaging has been opened or shows signs of being opened
  • Packaging that is no longer factory sealed  
  • Any products that have been used or worn

Damaged/Defective Products

Any damaged or defective products can be exchanged for an identical replacement item (or replacement part if applicable) if requested within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is no longer available, a refund can be issued instead. 

We may ask for photos of damaged/defective items to assess the issue and determine if a replacement part could fix it.

The following are not considered product defects:

  • Minor cosmetic issues  
  • Package condition

Return Process  

Please contact Customer Service to get approval for a return so the item can be accepted and processed. Returns without approval may be delayed or ineligible for refund.

Return Shipping 

If the return is due to an error on our end or a damaged/defective item, we will cover the shipping costs as long as a prepaid return label from us is used. If you choose your own carrier, you will pay those fees yourself without reimbursement. 

For any other return reason, we will not cover the shipping fees - you will be responsible for all costs. We are not liable for lost/damaged self-returned packages.

Preparing Items for Return

Please pack returns in an appropriately sized box and use bubble wrap/fillers to protect the items. Do not place shipping labels directly on returned items, as this often results in partial or no refunds. If items are damaged due to poor packaging, your refund will be reduced. 

Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items are received. Refunds go back to the original payment method when possible, otherwise store credit will be issued. 

You can check your account for refund status updates. Once issued, refunds may take time to appear in your account:

- Credit Cards: Typically 24-72 hours
- PayPal: Up to 30 days per PayPal
- Store Credit: Available immediately

Refused/Undeliverable Shipments

Refused packages are treated as returns and any associated fees will be deducted from refunds. 

If a shipment comes back as undeliverable due to incorrect address or other recipient error, we will contact you to reship the order if desired; any additional shipping/handling fees apply and must be paid before reshipping.

Restocking Fees  

We typically don't charge restocking fees but reserve the right to in certain cases:

- Returned items are missing, damaged or opened
- Return received after 30 day window

Our Customer Service team will contact you about any general concerns prior to issuing a refund.
